We only collect what we need to provide lessons and answer enquiries:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and pickup postcode.
• Licence details — your provisional licence, which we are required to check before tuition.
• Lesson records — progress notes, lesson dates, hours completed and payments made.
• Enquiry content — anything you tell us in a form, WhatsApp message, email or phone call.

How We Use It

• Arranging, confirming and delivering your driving lessons
• Matching you with a suitable local instructor
• Contacting you about bookings, changes and availability
• Taking and recording payments
• Meeting our legal and insurance obligations
• Responding to your questions, feedback or complaints

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Our Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contract (delivering the lessons you booked), legal obligation (licence checks, insurance and tax records) and legitimate interests (running the business and improving our service). Where we rely on consent, such as marketing or publishing your pass photo, you can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal data. We may share limited information with the instructor assigned to teach you, our insurers or advisers where necessary, the DVSA where required, and service providers who host our website, under appropriate agreements.

Pass Photos And Reviews

We love celebrating our learners on the website and social media. We only publish your photo, first name or review with your permission, and we will remove it promptly if you ask.

How Long We Keep It

Lesson and payment records are kept as long as necessary for the business and legal requirements, generally up to six years for financial records. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Your Rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask us to delete data where there is no ongoing need to keep it
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing or photo use at any time
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk
